Apricot puree for babies

Apricot puree is a great fruit for babies. It’s very healthy. According to the Wholesomebabyfood website it contains the following vitamins and minerals:

Vitamin A – 674 IU
Vitamin C – 3.5 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – .04 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – .01 mg
Niacin – .21 mg
Folate – 3 mcg
Contains some other vitamins in small amounts.

Potassium – 91 mg
Phosphorus – 8 mg
Magnesium – 4 mg
Calcium – 5 mg
Sodium – 0 mg
Iron – .14 mg
Also contains small amounts of manganese, copper and zinc.

You can make gorgeous puree for your little angel, it’s pretty easy to prepare. You won’t need anything else just a shallow baking dish, a bit of water and you add the halved and pitted apricots. It’s going to be a favorite dessert for babies.
